Bingo, pull-tabs, punchboards and raffles are among the types of games that can be run by nonprofit and charitable organizations in the state.

In 2000, the state began permitting charitable and nonprofit organizations to sell punchboards and pull-tabs to the patrons of commercial card rooms that adjoined their facilities. That same year, after several nonprofit organizations had approached the WSGC about opening a public card room, the state prohibited charitable or nonprofit organizations from owning, managing or operating a commercial gambling activity.
